At UyirNalam.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 2-day return policy applicable only for quality-related issues.
Eligibility for Returns
You must raise a return request within 2 days of receiving the product.
Returns are accepted only if the product has quality issues such as leakage, damage, or wrong item received.
The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@uyirnalam.in with your order details and photos of the issue (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, we will share return instructions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Area
We currently sell and ship only within India to specific serviceable pin codes. Orders placed outside our delivery areas will not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
